What we collect on this website

This site uses a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count visits, pages viewed and the general region a visit comes from. It does not show us who you are. If you fill in a form, we receive what you typed: usually a name, phone number, address or neighborhood, and a description of the job. We use it only to reply and to do the work.

Phone calls and texts

Our phone number is a call-tracking line so we know which page or listing you found us on. California is a two-party consent state. If a call is recorded for quality or training, you will hear an announcement at the start of the call. If you prefer not to be recorded, say so and we will continue without recording.

Lockout identification

On lockouts we check proof that you live in or own the property or vehicle before we open it. We look at your ID; we do not photograph or keep a copy of it.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your information for advertising. We share it only with the tools that help us run the business (phone, email, invoicing, scheduling) and only as needed to serve you, or when the law requires it.
